Menu options

Starter: 
Bruschetta with pumpkin cream, porcini mushrooms, and fresh parsley

Main course:

Meat option
Medium-rare Barbary duck with orange–red wine reduction, pear red cabbage, and potato “Paunzen” (Austrian potato dumplings)

Vegetarian option
Porcini mushroom risotto with Grana Padano, Affila cress, and arugula pesto 

Dessert: 

Baked-apple cream with cinnamon crumble and sour cherry ragout
