Payment
All major credit cards are accepted for payment of the online registration. The transaction is processed securely via our payment service provider Stripe.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation of your congress registration must be made in writing to studio12 gmbh (office@studio12.co.at).
If you cancel by October 27, 2025, the prepaid participation fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of € 50,- and any bank charges. No refunds are possible after this date.
